The bills on impeachment and on the lifting of parliamentary immunity have already been prepared. Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Ryaboshapka stated this, as RBK-Ukraine reported.

According to the report, the bill on impeachment is ready to be reviewed by the parliament.

“The bill on the impeachment of the president, and the bill on the procedure of lifting the immunity are ready to be reviewed,” Ruslan Ryaboshapka said.

According to the Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration, the bill on the lifting of the MPs’ immunity has already been passed to the Verkhovna Rada. The bill is ready for the second reading.

“The bill on immunity is in the parliament today. It is ready for the second reading. The parliament could have already voted, but they try to avoid this,” Ryaboshapka added.

As we reported earlier, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine refused to include the draft law on the amendment of the electoral system on parliamentary elections in the agenda as well as the draft law on the procurement system during the elections.

Moreover, the alternative election draft law filed by the group of the MPs was also not included in the agenda of the extraordinary session.
