Bill on the free circulation of weapons in Ukraine will be prepared in autumn. This was reported by Serhiy Pashynsky, Chairman of Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security and Defense, according to 5 Kanal.
"My position is very clear. I know that my colleagues are now writing the according draft law, I am ready to sign it. I think we should make the first step. Determining those categories of people who may be given short-barreled weapon: people who served in the army, National Police and Security Service of Ukraine without critical remarks," he said.
Pashynsky expressed hope that MPs will submit the bill in autumn.
