The second day of Baltic-Black Sea forum started in Kaunas city in Lithuania. Former Presidents of the countries of Eastern and Central Europe attended the meeting. This was reported by the journalist of 112 Ukraine TV channel.

Ex-Presidents of Lithuania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Estonia and Ukraine, including Leonid Kuchma and Viktor Yushchenko participate in the meeting.

“The security measures were strengthened in Kaunas city near the university where the forum is to take place. There are police patrols and ambulance cars. The participants of the forum started arriving. The program will start at 10:00. Today, public discussions will be opened as well as the press-conference to summarize the results of the forum. The meeting began yesterday but the program was rather closed. It’s participants held discussions behind the closed doors. Among the participants there are ex-Presidents of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma and Viktor Yushchenko. The forum is dedicated to the 100 year anniversary of restoring the independence of Lithuania,” the journalist reported.

Earlier it was reported that Xi Jinping invited Ukraine to Silk Road forum. Date of the Forum is not yet known.
