The court has postponed the consideration of the appeal against the arrest of Borys Herman, the suspect in the organization of the murder of Russian journalist Arkadiy Babchenko on June 18 as correspondent of 112 Ukraine reported.

'The court session, on which the appeal against the arrest of Borys Herman should be considered, did not take place. There are two reasons. The first one is that the materials of the case were not passed to the Shevshenkivsky District Court of Kyiv where the restrictive measure for Borys Herman was chosen. The second is that Herman was not transferred to the court. The reason of this is unexplained. The court session is postponed for the next Monday and should take place at 12:15', the correspondent said.
