The Azov Sea has burst its banks due to the powerful storm. As a result, a dozen recreation centers, hotels, and recreation houses were flooded in the Zaporizhia region, particularly Kyrylivka city suffered, as TSN reported.

Almost all buildings on the first line were flooded. Two-meter waves created the lakes in the territories of the hotels and it is possible to move from one house to another only by fishing units. According to the predictions of the forecasters, such weather will last for at least a few days and it is too early to talk about the decrease in water. However, the rescuers stated that the sea storms annually in autumn and they were ready to eliminate the consequences.

Besides, the road to the presidential residence in the Zaporizhia region was flooded as a result of the storm. It is situated at Biryuchyy Ostriv reserve.

Currently, the wind gusts in Kyrylivka reach 25-30 meters per second and two-meter waves advance on the coast, washing out the road that unites the mainland and reserve.

As we reported, snow fell in the Carpathians on October 14. That's the first case this season. Low visibility, down to 50 meters, was observed at Pip Ivan mountain, due to the thick snow clouds.
