The Interior Minister of Ukraine Arsen Avakov intends to interrupt his trip to Canada after meeting with the Minister of Public Safety of Canada Ralph Goodale and the Minister of International Trade Chrystia Freeland. The Minister announced this to Ukrainian News.
"After the meeting with ministers Goodale and Freeland and I will cancel other plans and visits and return to Ukraine," he said.
Avakov is on a trip in Ottawa (Canada), and Sergiy Yarovyi is in charge instead of him. Earlier, the Interior Ministry said that they did not have information whether the Head of the Ministry would interrupt the trip due to the tragedy in Kniazhychi. Earlier Avakov announced that his trip is scheduled for 3 days.
