The representative of the Chief Directorate of the General Staff of Russia was the organizer of the terrorist act in the result of which MP Ihor Mosiychuk suffered. One perpetrator is detained, another two are on the wanted list. Pavlo Kononenko, the Deputy Prosecutor of Kyiv claimed this as Interfax-Ukraine reported.
‘Taking into account the provided information, they needed exactly Mosiychuk’, Kononenko said.
‘Organizer is the representative of the Chief Directorate of the General Staff of Russia’, Viktor Kononenko, the Deputy SBU Head added.
He also reminded that one of the perpetrators is detained and two of them are on the wanted list. According to the investigation, they hide at the territory of Russia.
In the evening of October 25, two people were killed and another three were wounded due to the explosion in Kyiv; MP Ihor Mosiychuk suffered injuries and was taken to the hospital for surgery. The police consider the incident a terrorist act.
The political scientist Vitaly Bala got multiple shrapnel wounds. Ministry of Internal Affairs does not rule out Russian agencies involvement.
On February 23, it became known about a few detained under suspicion of the involvement in the terrorist act.
