Pechersk District Court of Kyiv has chosen a measure of restraint for a US citizen and a citizen of Ukraine detained the day before on suspicion of organizing an attempt on the life of the Minister of Agrarian Policy Roman Leshchenko. It is reported by Interfax-Ukraine.
It is stated that the court ruled to choose a measure of restraint for a US citizen and a citizen of Ukraine in the form of detention for 60 days.
As we reported earlier, the Ministry of Internal Affairs prevented an assassination attempt on Minister of Agrarian Policy Roman Leshchenko.
Police have detained suspects in the assassination attempt on the minister. However, law enforcement officers do not disclose any names.
The murder was ordered by the U.S. citizen. Leshchenko himself learned about the attempt on his life after a special operation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the detention of suspects - briefly before Interior Minister Denys Monastyrsky's briefing.
Law enforcement officers found out that the customer had met with the killer in advance and had given in advance $ 20,000.
