MP Andriy Artemenko is going to present his plan to settle situation in Ukraine in March. He said this on air of "112 Ukraine" TV channel.

"I want to present the plan itself with my colleagues in mid-to-late March. This certainly includes cessation of hostilities, regaining control over Russia-Ukraine border, confirming that Crimea is Ukraine and this is a sovereign territory of our country, this involves holding referendums on Ukrainian territory to define our path," Artemenko said.

He also commented on his exclusion from the faction and requests to give up the mandate.

"We had a difficult conversation at the faction meeting today. The colleagues have taken the decision to exclude me from it. There was also a demand to give up my mandate. I think it is impossible for me to stay in the Radical Party at this point. I lived 46 years without the mandate, I think I can do without it even further," Artemenko noted.

He also said that expression about "leasing Crimea" was absolute exaggeration, as he claimed to never use that word in his comments or statements. However, he stressed that he was talking about agreement on Crimea using historic precedents. The procedure suggests holding national referendum, formation of a new negotiation arena and signing the new agreement to settle Ukrainian scenario and legalizing such treaty in Ukrainian parliament.

It is noteworthy that Andriy Artemenko was expelled from the Radical Party today.

Prior to that, MP from the Radical Party Andriy Artemenko developed the concept of making peace between Russia and Ukraine, and the lifting of sanctions from Moscow. His plan was transferred to an adviser of US President Donald Trump, Michael Flynn shortly before his retirement.

He suggested the withdrawal of Russian troops from the east of Ukraine and conducting a nationwide referendum to submit Crimea to Russia for lease by 50 or 100 years.

In addition, Artemenko allegedly provided evidence of corrupt activities of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, which included the names of the companies and the number of bank transfers. In his opinion, this should help to shift Poroshenko from his post and to bring the new government to Kyiv that will be not so hostile towards Russia.
