The number of crimes committed by the foreigners in Ukraine reached 950 cases this year, as the press office of Ukraine’s National Police reports.
“It was determined, that during this year 950 crimes were committed by the foreigners in Ukraine,” the message says.
It was decided, that 521 foreigners and people without citizenship were involuntary returned or expelled outside of the state. 322 decisions were granted and executed.
Vyacheslav Abroskin, First Deputy Chairman of National Police, stressed that the National Police, State Border Guard Service and State Migration Service should cooperate under certain regulations to counterwork the criminal activity of these individuals.
“In particular, regulations on detention, transfer to the Migration Service, making of administrative records, delivery to temporary holding centers for foreigners,” Abroskin stated.
Earlier, a crime-prevention operation Migrant started in Ukraine on February 10. The operation is being implemented by that the National Police, State Border Guard Service and State Migration Service.
