Armenia situation: Pashinyan gathers rally, hackers attack PM website

- The opposition lead by Nikol Pashinyan prepares a rally in Vanadzor, third largest city in Armenia.

- Pashinyan intends to hold an event in his native town Ijevan.

- Pashinyan stated that he had a meeting with Catholicos (Karekin II, the supreme head of the Armenian Apostolic Church), where they have discussed the solutions of the situation in the country.

- Pashinyan himself has announced a solution. He suggested Karen Karapetyan, Armenia’s acting PM, to hold a meeting in Yerevan on April 27 to “discuss a peaceful transition of power”, but he refused.

- Pashinyan called the supporters for showing up at a rally on May 1, when the Parliament will be considering the question of appointing a new PM. His candidacy is put in the nomination.

- Meanwhile, the hackers attacked the website of Armenia’s PM.
