Another Minister resigns: Urusky wrote letter of resignation

Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine and Minister for Strategic Industries of Ukraine Oleh Urusky has written a letter of resignation of his own volition. This was announced by representative of the government in the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnychuk on Telegram page.

"Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine, Minister for Strategic Industries of Ukraine Oleh Urusky has applied to the Verkhovna Rada for his voluntary dismissal," Melnychuk wrote.

Urusky was appointed to this position on July 16, 2020. Now he is planned to be replaced by the Head of the State Customs Service Pavlo Ryabikin.

Earlier, Deputy Prime Minister - Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov wrote a letter of resignation of his own volition.

As it was reported, a meeting of the Servant of the People faction will take place on the evening of November 1, at which they plan to consider personnel changes in the Cabinet of Ministers and the election of the first deputy head of the faction.

Reznikov is scheduled to be appointed defense minister to replace Andriy Taran. And instead of Reznikov, Iryna Vereshchuk, a member of the Servant of the People political party and parliamentarian, can become the new Minister for the Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories.
