The head of Health Ministry, Maksym Stepanov, noted that the ministry plans to receive new supplies of vaccines every week.
"Despite the shortage of vaccines in the world, we are doing our best to provide Ukrainian citizens with vaccines. According to agreements and contracts, we plan to receive new vaccines every week. I want to remind you that all vaccines are safe and effective. This is our chance to save our health and return to normal life," Stepanov said.
“The particular term of vaccine supply to Ukraine will mostly depend on dynamics of AstraZeneca supply (and other vaccines) to Poland. To hold the supplies, it is necessary to agree on legal and technical aspects proceeded by the sides. Considering these facts, the possible term of vaccine supply to the Ukrainian side is May or June,” the Council of Ministers of Poland said.
