The black boxes found at the crash site of the An-26 near Chuhuiv will be deciphered by the end of the week. This was stated by the Minister of Strategic Industries of Ukraine Oleh Urusky.
"Work on deciphering the on-board recorders continues. They are in a satisfactory condition. Aviation experts are working on them. The decryption process is expected to be completed this week," Oleg Urusky wrote.
A plane crash occurred near Chuhiuv, in Kharkiv region on late September 25. The disaster resulted in deaths of 26 people.
There were 27 Ukrainians on board, including 20 cadets of the Kharkiv University of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine named after Kozhedub and 7 crew members.
As it was reported earlier, the wreckage of An-26 military aircraft was collected and transferred to the military unit; the decryption of the black boxes has started.
