The specialists have already decrypted the black boxes from An-26 plane crashed in Kharkiv region as Ukraine 24 reported citing Head of the Parliamentary Subcommittee on state security and defense Iryna Vereshchuk.
“Today, we were informed that the black boxes are already decrypted. Firstly, there were troubles with sound but currently, they are decrypted. Today, we proceed to the estimation of the information from the black boxes,” Vereshchuk said.
She added that the investigators consider three versions of the catastrophe: improper organization of flights, the mistake of pilots or human factor, as well as the technical fault.
Earlier, Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleg Urusky noted that the reason for the catastrophe might be technical failure along with the human factor.
As we reported, a plane crash occurred near Chuhiuv, in Kharkiv region on late September 25. The disaster resulted in the deaths of 26 people.
The SBU said that in total there were 27 Ukrainians on board the aircraft, including 20 cadets of the Kharkiv University of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine named after Kozhedub and 7 crew members.
