The Ambassador of Ukraine to the U.S. Valeriy Chaly reported about informational attacks at the Embassy on Facebook. In particular, fake calls to the American partners on his behalf.

“I must inform the friends about regular use of elements of information war against Ukraine on the territory of the U.S. Over the past week, we’ve got some additional facts about attacks at Ukraine’s Embassy in the U.S.,” he wrote.

In particular, there were attempts to reach the governors to organize provocations. Last example was “an unsuccessful try to reach the Governor of San Francisco”, which was revealed, and the conversation of the Governor of Sebastopol, California and “fake Ukraine’s Ambassador”, which, unfortunately, was not prevented.

Chaly wrote a statement in Russian addressing the individuals interested in the disrupting the work of the Embassy:

“We understand your goals and the scale of resources involved. We know that you are not going to cease the system attack. Therefore, we will be working in the U.S. even more effectively to protect the national interests of our country and enhance Ukraine’s strategic partnership with the U.S.”

Earlier, the Embassy reported on fakes. The U.S. governors received “requests” on the behalf of Ukraine’s Ambassador Chaly to conduct phone conversations.
