Air Force Command of UA Armed Forces denied and called the statement of Kharkiv Governor Oleksiy Kucher a lie. Earlier, Kucher said that the landing of the AN-26 aircraft was delayed because of another plane, on board which was the son of Serhiy Drozdov, Ukraine's Air Force Commander. This became known from a comment on the Facebook page of the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"In a live broadcast, Mr. Kucher shamefully turned to personalities and rebuked the Commander of the Air Force, allegedly the plane on which his (Serhiy Drozdov's) son was, was given priority in landing. He said this minute could affect the successful landing of An -26. Lie and manipulation! ", the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine wrote.

In addition, the command emphasized that the second plane, which Kucher said about, did not affect the An-26 crash.

The military pilots urged journalists and the public not to succumb to manipulation, and to use data from reliable sources, and politicians - not to turn this tragedy into a PR campaign.

The Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine noted that they continue to investigate the disaster; it is necessary to establish the truth, the perpetrators and all the details of the tragedy.

As we reported, in establishing the causes of the An-26 crash, the investigators still have questions about the actions of the aircraft crew, as well as, in general, about the organization of flights at the Kharkiv University of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine named after Ivan Kozhedub.
