President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky believes that now the adoption of the law on a transition period in Donbas may lead to an escalation. He stated this during a press conference "30 Questions to the President of Ukraine".

The project proposes to divide regulation into conflict and post-conflict periods, which will determine the algorithm of state action during the reintegration of temporarily occupied (deoccupied) territories and their inhabitants, deoccupation of temporarily occupied territories, including issues of demilitarization and disarmament, solutions, legal issues.

The state guarantees a response to sexual violence related to the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, offenses committed on the grounds of sex and / or gender identity in the temporarily occupied territories or in connection with the temporary occupation, in order to ensure justice for victims of these offenses and prevention in the future, which should include consideration of their causes and consequences.

Also by this document MPs can forbid to discuss with the Russian Federation a situation in the occupied territories.
