People carry photographs of Arkadiy Babchenko to the Russian embassy and past them at the entrance to the diplomatic institution.
As the correspondent of 112 Ukraine TV channel reports, the gates of the embassy were pasted with photographs, and the flowers were laid. There were no clashes so far. There are National Guard who watch the order at the embassy, there are no conflicts.
Journalist Chrystyna Bondarenko in Facebook urged to gather and bring flowers to the ATR television channel, where Babchenko worked as the presenter.
Also today at 19:00 the action of memory of the killed journalist will take place on Maidan Nezalezhnosti in Kyiv.
As is known, Russian reporter Arkadiy Babchenko was shot dead in Kyiv. Ayder Muzhdabayev, the deputy CEO of ATR TV channel, posted this on Facebook. 'They shot Arkadiy in his back, at his own place', he wrote. The critically wounded man passed away in the ambulance. According to the police, the message came in from Babchenko's wife who found him lying on the floor with the gunshot wound to his back. The operatives and forensics arrived on the crime scene; the investigation is underway.
