A 5-year-old child in Donbas died from an explosive device he found in the yard. This version was voiced by a spokesman for the Ukrainian delegation to the Trilateral Contact Group (TCG) Oleksiy Arestovych, as Hromadske reports.
"According to our version, the child died from an explosive device found in the yard. This indicates that the Russian side not only occupied our land, but it also it scatters dangerous explosive devices, standard or non-standard, which kill Ukrainian citizens, in including a 5-year-old child," Arestovych said.
Arestovych stressed that the Ukrainian side is fulfilling the agreements, no Ukrainian UAVs are flying in uncontrolled territories.
The death of a child and the wounding of civilians will be discussed at a regular meeting of the Trilateral Contact Group on April 13-14.
It is noted that on April 5, the Ukrainian side of the Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC) sent a note to the OSCE SMM in Ukraine regarding the intentions of the occupation administration to falsify the events in Oleksandrivske village of Donetsk region of Ukraine.
Ukraine asked the OSCE to check the circumstances of the death of a child and a pensioner in the occupied Donbas.
