Emergency service fireworkers found over 998 explosive objects in the villages neighboring with Kalynivka, Vinnytsia region, where the biggest ammunition depot was recently on fire. The State Emergency Service reported that on their official website.
“998 explosive objects were confiscated and passed to the representatives of the 48th arsenal during the humanitarian demining,” reads the message.
The rescuers noted that there are neither open seats of fire nor the blasts of the ammunition as of 7:00 a.m. on October 4.
The fireworkers have already inspected 18.8 thousand hectares for explosive objects.
As we reported earlier, large-scale fire at 48th arsenal occurs near Vinnytsia on late Tuesday, September 26. The Kalynivka ammunition storage is one of the biggest ammo depots in Ukraine.
