"We should have the efficient defensive system from the human factor. This defense should provide the check of the securities as well as the inductive systems and the video surveillance with the saving of the data in the underground command post and impossibility of access to any persons even if they work there but did not authorize it properly. Also, there should be a connection with Kyiv. It is my absolute demand to provide the persistence of the depots. The potential possibilities of our Armed Forces depend on this and the efficient use of every cent of the taxpayers' funds," Poroshenko claimed.
The president ordered to implement the systems of the electronic defense for the minimization of the human factors at all depots as soon as possible.
"I order to implement the systems of the electronic defense and automated defense for the minimization of the human factors at all depots without exclusions as soon as possible. Even at the depots, where we cannot move to the open storage areas; I want to emphasize only two numbers – in 2014, 80% of the ammunition stored at this depot was at the open areas; in 2018, 72% of them stored in the walk-through or closed areas that provide the quality of the storing," Poroshenko claimed.
