410 people have been taken to hospitals during this period; 27 patients deceased and 345 recovered. 35,858 tests have been taken.
Most of the confirmed cases have been observed in Kyiv city ((132), Odesa (84), Kharkiv (84), Luhansk (62) and Chernivtsi (47) regions.
Since the beginning of the pandemic in Ukraine, 2,275,863 people have contracted the disease, 2,201,778 have overcome it, 53,501 have succumbed to it.
Meanwhile, Healthcare Minister Viktor Lyashko at a briefing at the Kyiv Summit of First Ladies and Gentlemen has predicted a surge in Covid-19 incidence in winter.
"In Ukraine, we see a gradual growth, and it reflects the dynamics that we had in 2020. Therefore, if you look at this dynamics, despite the fact that these are other strains, we can talk about a greater increase in the number of cases in winter period. And since for flu, flu-like diseases for Ukraine, growth is more typical (in the period) mid-October - November and early December, then the second wave is February and March," the minister explained.
