Over the last 24 hours, Ukrainian doctors confirmed 6,113 new cases of Covid-19, including 277 children and 153 healthcare workers. Coronavirus_Info Telegram channel reports it.

1,674 people have been taken to hospitals during this period; 72 patients deceased, and 6,621 recovered. 24,978 tests have been taken.

Most of the confirmed cases have been observed in Kyiv city (718), Dnipropetrovsk (537), Odesa (515), Zaporizhzhia (453) and Mykolaiv (414) regions.

1,025,989 people have got sick since the pandemic began in Ukraine, 658,538 recovered.

As we reported earlier, a new mutation of the coronavirus was also recorded in Ukraine, but the person infected with it went to work in the Czech Republic.

“The symptomatology was not unique - the patient had a mild form, he had no problems with the lungs, etc. The patient moved, left to work in the Czech Republic, and Czech colleagues sent me his test, which showed signs of a mutation. I found out about this, that the patient, who had already recovered, was in the Czech Republic," the infectious disease doctor Viktor Petrov said.

According to the doctor, the patient was treated without any additional funds. In general, the treatment was symptomatic and there was no need for any intensive method.
