State Bureau of Investigation pressed charges against the fourth suspect in the case of a 5-year-old boy Kyrylo Tlyavov murder in Pereyaslav-Khmelnytsky, as Head of State Bureau of Instigation Roman Truba said at the briefing on Wednesday, July 17. 112 Ukraine broadcasted the event.
He has reminded that two law enforcers are in custody now.
“The other two don’t work in the law enforcement agencies. Charges were pressed against one of them today, the investigation is underway. He is an adult, who was at the scene during the shooting,” Truba said.
He specified that charges were pressed against the third suspect under the article on hooliganism with the use of firearms.

He assured that he could not report more due to the clandestine pre-trial investigation.
“The results are quite interesting, it will be considered in the further qualification of these events concerning these people, who received suspicion,” State Bureau of Investigation Head said.
As we reported, the leadership of Pereyaslav-Khmelnytsky police department of Kyiv region was suspended from their duties after the death of five-year-old Kyrylo injured by the police officers.
Reportedly, on May 31, a boy with physical injuries in the form of a severe closed-head injury, brain contusion, internal brain hematoma and a fracture of the temporal bone was delivered to the intensive care unit of the Pereyaslav-Khmelnytsky hospital. On June 3, Kyrylo died; the doctors could not save his life.
