The investigators of the State Investigation Bureau (SIB) finished the pretrial investigation of the murder of 5-year-old boy Kyrylo Tlyavov. The officer of the patrol police is accused of it as SIB Head Roman Truba reported on Telegram.
“The prosecution recognized the evidence gathered during the pretrial investigation to be sufficient for indictment against four suspects, everyone who was the partaker of the tragedy. Then the suspects will familiarize with the materials of the criminal proceeding, then the indictments will be filed to the court. Then the punishment for these persons will be chosen. I believe it will be fair,” Truba wrote.
On May 31, a boy with physical injuries in the form of a severe closed-head injury, brain contusion, internal brain hematoma and a fracture of the temporal bone was delivered to the intensive care unit of the Pereyaslav-Khmelnytsky hospital.
