The National Commission for the State Regulation of Communications and Informatization intends to block 426 websites in Ukraine, as the regulator reported.
The message notes that this decision was made on the basis of the demand of the investigative judge of Holosiivsky district court of Kyiv dated February 4, 2021, on signs of the commitment of criminal offense (fraud).
“To arrest property right on intellectual property that the users of the internet obtain during the use of the web resources. The decision of the investigative judgment should be executed urgently. The regulation on the arrest might be appealed at Kyiv Appeal Court during five days since its announcement,” the message said.
Russian RBK, Vinnytsia portal 20 khvylyn (20 minutes), tgstat (statistics of Telegram channels), and a number of the Ukrainian regional websites should be banned.

As we reported, the Kyiv district court of Kharkiv ruled to block four Telegram channels suspected in the subversive activities by the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU). The issue is about Lehitymny (Legitimate), Resident, Kartel (Cartel), and Plitkarka (Gossip Girl) Telegram channels.
