If we take into account vaccinated people, according to Danilov, 38-40% of Ukrainian citizens can have immunity. At the same time, these data should not be a reason not to carry out restrictive measures proposed by doctors, the official is convinced. He urged people to speed up vaccinations.

Meanwhile, new coronavirus strains Delta and Lambda are already circulating in Ukraine, in this regard, new restrictive measures will be introduced in the country, related to mass events.

“You know that two new strains, Delta and Lambda, have appeared, which today cause us concern about the spread in our country. The Minister of Health, Mr. Lyashko, was heard, and in the near future the Cabinet of Ministers will take additional measures to respond to this threat, because it is very dangerous. Because, as you know, to our great regret, they already concern not only the adult population - they also concern children,” Danilov said.
