Over the last 24 hours, Ukrainian doctors confirmed 3,094 new cases of Covid-19, including 183 children and 72 healthcare workers. Coronavirus_Info Telegram channel reports it.

1,917 people have been taken to hospitals during this period; 45 patients deceased, and 2,002 recovered. 19,211 tests have been taken.

Most of the confirmed cases have been observed in Ivano-Frankivsk (483), Chernivtsi (272), Zhytomyr (220), Dnipropetrovsk (212) and Zakarpattia (207) regions.

Since the beginning of the pandemic in Ukraine, 1,271,143 people have contracted the disease, 1,114,301 have overcome it, 24,330 - have succumbed to it.

As we reported earlier, the number of phishing attacks using the topic of coronavirus vaccination has increased in Ukraine. The hackers created a fake website that mimicked the website of the Ukrainian Ministry of Health. 

"At the end of January, the National Cybersecurity Coordination Center (NCCC) detected a phishing cyberattack aimed at Ukrainian Internet users, the main theme of which was the start of vaccination against Covid-19 in Ukraine," the message says.
