In Ukraine, 30% of the adult population have received at least one shot of coronavirus vaccine, Minister of Healthcare Viktor Lyashko stated during a briefing.

"Today in Ukraine a record number of vaccinations with anticoronavirus vaccine per day was made - 291,293. Thanks to this, we have reached the figure of 30% of the adult population who are vaccinated with at least one dose," Lyashko said.

As it was reported earlier, 291,293 people were vaccinated in Ukraine on October 26. 212,013 people received one dose; while 79,280 were fully immunized. 9,363,493 people have been vaccinated since the beginning of the vaccination campaign. 9,363,491 people received the first dose; 7,138,082 people are fully immunized.

22,574 new cases of coronavirus were confirmed in Ukraine within the last 24 hours. 2,825,733 people contracted the disease since the pandemic began. 65,628 deceased (+692 per 24 hours), and 2,401,705 recovered (+11,593 per 24 hours). Most of the cases were observed in Dnipropetrovsk (1,874), Kharkiv (1,641), Odesa (1,477), Lviv regions (1,426) and in Kyiv city (1,416).
