173 615 people in Ukraine vaccinated against Covid-19 over last 24 hours

During the past 24 hours, on September 9, 2021, 173,615 people were vaccinated against Covid-19. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Healthcare.

67,042 people received one dose, 106,573 people were fully immunized.

1010 mobile teams, 2,977 vaccination points and 337 vaccination centers worked on that day.

Since the beginning of the vaccination campaign, 5,789,254 people have been vaccinated, of which 5,789,252 received one dose, 4,618,573 people were fully immunized and received two doses (two of them received the first dose abroad). A total of 10,407,825 vaccination rounds were performed.

As it was reported earlier, the World Bank has expressed readiness to allocate $230 million to Ukraine by December of this year as part of the project “Ukraine Emergency Covid-19 Response and Vaccination Project".

Previously, the World Bank has offered extra financing to Ukraine in the sum of up to $150 million.
