During the rally on Wednesday evening against the construction of gas stations, 14 people were injured, Hromadske reported.
"During the clashes against the construction of gas stations on Revutskoho in Kyiv, about 14 people were injured, 3 journalists among them," says the message on Hromadske website, with the reference to the statement of the coordinator of rapid response teams of the Red Cross, Taras Logginov.
During the clashes, participants from both sides suffered.
"There are about five protesters, three journalists and about five policemen, and one deputy was beaten. One person has a very serious wound to his leg, others were helped on the site," T.Logginov said.
As it was reported earlier participants of a rally trashed a gas station on Revutskoho street in Kyiv. Around 300 people are holding a rally against the construction of an OKKO gas station on Revutskoho street. It is noted, that the locals and about 40 participants of the National Corps political party are participating in the protest.
At around 7:40 pm, the protesters threw eggs at Head of Darnytsia Police Department Sehiy Chernyshov, who came to the site. The protesters also put a gas tire around his neck, threw firecrackers at him, and didn’t let him through.
