1+1 studio CEO Oleksandr Tkachenko claimed readiness to sue President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko for “breaking into the air of the private company” and for “previous accusations towards the TV channel”, as he wrote on Facebook.

According to Tkachenko, the lawsuit will be sent to the court on Monday.

“After you failure on the air of the private company without invitations, using the status of the Head of the state and you didn’t want to leave despite polite hints of the host to take a seat in the studio… Wait for the lawsuit on Monday. Including the past accusations towards 1+1,” Tkachenko wrote.

He also stated that earlier Poroshenko was invited to Right for power political talk show but allegedly he did not respond to that and prohibited his representatives from coming to 1+1.

As it was reported earlier, on April 11 the presidential candidates Petro Poroshenko and Volodymyr Zelensky had their first mutual conversation on air.

Poroshenko was in the studio of 1+1, Zelensky was on the phone.
