Ukraine, North Macedonia sign deal on full-time visa-free regime

Natalya Zadorozhnyuk, Ukraine's Ambassador in North Macedonia and Nikola Dimitrov, the North Macedonian Minister for Foreign Affairs have signed the agreement on visa-free regime. The Ukrainian diplomat posted this on Facebook.

"I signed the extraordinary inter-governmental deal on the visa-free regime on a regular basis - on the behalf of the Government of Ukraine, with North Macedonian Foreign Minister Nikola Dimitrov. There is no more need to prolong the visa-free acting agreement annually", Zadorozhnyuk wrote.

The document provides the order of regulation and settlement of visa-free regime between the two countries. The citizens of both countries enjoy the right to stay in either Ukraine or North Macedonia from 90 to 180 days without the need to process a visa

The agreement is also supposed to contribute to the development of bilateral cooperation, especially in the economic area, development of business relations and tourism.
