President Donald Trump spent a third consecutive night drinking in the adulation of his most diehard supporters, telling a meeting of religious conservatives that he should sue Congressional Democratic Representative Adam Schiff for misrepresenting what he said on the Ukraine call. This was reported by Bloomberg.
“I actually told my lawyers, I said, ‘sue him anyway,’” Trump said. “‘He has immunity...’ I said, ‘sue him anyway. Even if we lose, the American public will understand.’”
Meanwhile, Trump's impeachment inquiry gets more intense, as two assistants of Donald’s Trump lawyer Rudi Giuliani were arrested in the U.S. They helped him to solve “Ukrainian issue,” as The Wall Street Journal reported.
Businessmen from Florida Lev Parnas and Ihor Fruman turned out to be arrested. According to the news agency, they are accused of the violation of the rules of financing of the election campaigns in the U.S.
Parnas and Fruman contributed twice to the election campaigns of the Republican Party.
As we reported earlier, President Donald Trump's former top Russia adviser, Fiona Hill will explain to Congress that she was unaware of some aspects of the escalating Ukraine scandal when she testifies next week, according to a source close with Hill who spoke to her on Thursday. This was reported by CNN.
