The special service claims that the wrongdoers searched for 'tourists' who would join the conflict on the side of Syrian government forces. They offered their 'clients' 5,000-10,000 dollars a month. The recruiters searched for their 'candidates' among people who had combat experience with the use of firearms.

The group of recruiters was organized by a resident of Kyiv. He had two sidekicks from Kyiv, too.
