Spain, Greece, Latvia remain open to travel for Ukrainian citizens. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba announced this on Twitter.

"Spain, Greece and Latvia remain open to travel for Ukrainians who have been fully vaccinated. In Spain, this decision will take effect on 15.11. Before that, everything remains as it is," the statement reads.

Until November 15, Ukrainian tourists can travel to Spain regardless of their vaccination status.

As it was reported earlier, the European Union has removed Ukraine from its so-called green list of countries whose citizens are allowed enter the EU member states without quarantine restriction. Foreign Ministry assured that nothing threatens Ukraine's visa-free regime with the European Union because the temporary ban should only concern tourists.

Some countries will not close borders for Ukrainian citizens, too: FranceDenmark and AustriaNetherlands and CzechiaCroatia and Estonia.

The main condition for free travel to these countries is the presence of a certificate of full vaccination of a citizen or a negative test for Covid-19. Some countries also allow travel with a certificate of recovery.
