Ukraine’s President Petro Poroshenko is going to visit United Kingdom next week on April 18-21 and meet with Britain’s authorities. This was reported by Ukrainian News referring to the informed source.
"The visit of Ukrainian president to UK will happen next week, tentatively Tuesday, Wednesday, after Easter holidays," the source said.
Poroshenko is to meet with Prime Minister Theresa May and Foreign Minister Boris Johnson during the visit among other events.
It is noteworthy that the conference dedicated to Ukraine is to take place in July in London.
Earlier Johnson affirmed of full support for Ukraine’s territorial integrity. Matthew Rycroft, the British Ambassador to the United Nations, in turn called on Russian Federation to influence militants to cease fire in Donbas, as well as withdraw its forces and military equipment from Ukraine’s territory.
