Petro Poroshenko, the President of Ukraine expects that the procedure of ratification of Ukraine-EU Association Agreement will be finished on June 9. He claimed this during the briefing in Kharkiv where he held a meeting with Dalia Grybauskaite, the President of Lithuania. Interfax-Ukraine reported this.

'His Majesty, the King of the Netherlands signed this document on June 1 and the term of the presumably appeal finished on June 8. We are waiting for the publication and formal decision of the European Union Council with the participation of the dear Madam president today and we finish the process of the ratification', he said.

The Senate of the Netherlands supported the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union on May 30. The last EU country-member rarified the agreement and it will function in full measure.
