NATO will not return to their former relations with Russia before the Minsk agreements are fully implemented, US Secretary of State John Kerry has said.
"NATO should be open for political dialogue with Russia, but we will abstain from the usual cooperation till the Minsk agreements will be implemented in full. And this is critical. Do not make any mistakes. We do not recognize the annexation and occupation of the Crimea ", - said Kerry.
He noted that the foreign ministers of NATO member countries will review efforts to strengthen the eastern flank of Alliance.
