France ready to assist Ukraine with vaccine against Covid-19, - Zelensky

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky claimed that France is ready to help Ukraine with supplies of the vaccine against coronavirus. The statesman posted that on Twitter.

"I am grateful to Emmanuel Macron for the readiness to assist with speeding up for the provision of the vaccine against Covid-19. This is a gesture of true friendship. I appreciate the support of sovereignty and territorial integrity, and out peaceful initiatives by France", Zelensky wrote.

Earlier, we reported that the operative staff of Ukraine's Healthcare Ministry approved the plan of inoculations for the citizens. Public Health Centre of the Ministry reported that on December 22. The citizens can get inoculated in the available inoculation points and in temporary centers for vaccination. Mobile immunization crews will be providing this service, too. The goal of this plan is to cover the immunization needs of at least half of Ukraine's population throughout 2021-2022. That's 20 million people. The vaccination will be voluntary.
