Finland, which heads the European Union is going to defend the necessity to extend anti-Russian sanctions. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Finland Pekka Haavisto stated that during the meeting with Ukrainian MFA Head Vadym Prystaiko in Kyiv. The press service of Ukrainian MFA reported that on the official website. 

Finland MFA Head assured Prystaiko that his country fully supports the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine, non-recognition of Crimea's occupation.

Haavistos' visit started from the commemoration of Ukrainian defenders from Russian aggression and placing of flowers to the Wall of Remembrance. 

Prystaiko emphasized that Ukraine is interested in attraction of advanced technologies of Finland in the energy efficiency, waste and forest management spheres. 

Finnish diplomatist will visit the Joint Forces Operation area together with the Deputy Head of MFA of Ukraine Yehor Bozhko, as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Finland informs. 

Prystaiko is sure that Haavisto's visit to Donbas will allow realizing Ukraine's losses from Russian aggression.
