This was announced by the Spokesperson for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy of the European Union Nabila Massrali at a briefing, as Interfax reports.

"We confirm receipt of a note from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, in which our partners asked for advice on Articles 274 and 338 of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU," Massrali said.

According to her, the commission has already started considering the note. The request is related to cooperation in infrastructure and energy trade fields. She promised that the European Commission will provide a response to Ukraine in the nearest future.
