18:28, 25 July 2016

According to Unian, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said this, cites the website of the Hungarian Government.

"There are no signs of stability in Ukraine, and the country has lost a significant part of its territory and population. The former economic structure underwent a collapse, and its existence depends on external financing. The cost of funds required for its survival has increased", said Orban.

"From the European point of view, the situation in Ukraine is a matter of conscience, and today Europe acts not very consciously in this regard", - said Orban.
