The EU is ready to extend sanctions against 146 Russian officials and representatives of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republic.

TASS reported this with the reference to a diplomatic source in Bratislava. On September 2-3, the Slovakian capital city will host the respective informal meeting of foreign ministers of EU member countries.

‘It is expected that next week, permanent representatives of EU member countries will extend this black list for Russia and the occupied areas of Ukraine,’ the source reported.
