Brussels is ready to provide Ukraine with experts and counselors to support the court of reforms in the country. EU ambassador Hugo Mingarelli said this during the presentation of the renewed structure of reforms in Ukraine in Kyiv on Monday.
‘We’re currently responsible for development and implementation of the annual plan of the government on reforms and coordination with the Cabinet. We will provide the best experts to the local teams working here in Ukraine; they will help the key ministries implement the reform strategies. They will also help the ministries reform their internal structures. We’re now working with Finance Ministry, Ministry for Economic Development, Infrastructure Ministry and Agrarian Policy Ministry; but we’re ready to extend the assistance program for other ministries. We’re also preparing a 100 million Euros-worth program to support the reform of the state management system in Ukraine’, the official said.
