The irrevocable agreement provides the financial assistance to Ukraine in the amount of 104 million euros to support the public administration reform, the implementation of which is designed for 5 years.

"The reform of the civil service is the key to the implementation of other reforms. The main obstacles are the low salaries of the people who have an enormous responsibility for the state budget, and for the management of the state machine. Fair payment of such work is the key to long-term Ukraine's success. The funds provided by this agreement, in particular, should solve this problem ", said Klympush-Tsintsadze.
