Vice-President of the European Commission, European Commissioner for Financial Stability, Financial Services and Capital Markets Union Valdis Dombrovskis will visit Ukraine for meetings with the authorities on September 15-17. The European Union Delegation to Ukraine wrote this on Facebook.
Dombrovskis will meet with Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman, the Vice-Prime Minister for European Integration Ivana Klympush-Tsintsadze, the Minister of Finance Alexander Danylyuk and Chairman of the National Bank of Valeriya Gontareva.
Vice President of the European Commission will attend the Yalta European Strategy conference (YES), and deliver a speech "Ukraine: a test for the West" on September 16.
He will meet with a group of young Ukrainian leaders on September 17.
During his stay in Kyiv Dombrovskis also plans to discuss economic and financial cooperation between the EU and Ukraine, macro-financial assistance to Ukraine, fiscal policy and public financial management, as well as the reform of the State Fiscal Service.
