Denmark and Austria will not close their borders for the Ukrainian citizens, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba reports on Twitter.

"Denmark and Austria have retained full visa-free entry for Ukrainians who have undergone a full course of vaccination," the statement reads.

As it was reported earlier, the European Union has removed Ukraine from its so-called green list of countries whose citizens are allowed enter the EU member states without quarantine restriction. The Foreign Ministry assured that nothing threatens Ukraine's visa-free regime with the European Union because the temporary ban should only concern tourists.

Cyprus became the first EU country to retain the possibility of entry for Ukrainians.

Later, it became known that Estonia and Croatia are staying open for Ukrainian tourists as well; their governments are not going to change the conditions of entry for Ukrainians.

The Netherlands and the Czech Republic have also retained travel opportunities for Ukrainian citizens who have completed a full course of vaccinations.
