Europe should not close its eyes for annexation of Crimea in exchange for Russian help in Syrian conflict
13:32, 29 September 2015

The Polish Prime Minister Ewa Kopacz believes that the European Union would not "peddle" or make Ukraine a pawn in a game; it would not recognize the Russian annexation of Crimea in exchange for its assistance of the conflict in Syria. In her interview with TVPInfo Mrs. Kopacz said that she is convinced that Putin had just used the situation with the refugee flow. Being a very skillful politician, he tries to play his political "tricks" to show that he is the boss in the Syrian issue resolving.

Therefore, the Polish position remains extremely important in the question of the refugees; and the country has not become the epicenter of separations within the EU. "Now we cannot be isolated from the EU, which is, probably, desired by Putin, - noted Prime Minister. - We also cannot keep someone who does not want the besfor us right behind our back".
